Refund Policy/Returns


All sales at Bloom Luxury are final.


We do not accept returns due to each order being custom to your specific rose arrangement when the order is placed. We cannot resell them as we stand behind the quality and freshness of our roses and at that point, they will be several days old.


In rare circumstances that there is a delay due to severe weather conditions or damage during shipment/delivery, please contact us immediately at (848) 444-9134. All claims must be made within 24 hours of receiving the roses. A photo of the arrangement must be sent to help@bloomluxury.com in order to file a claim.


We will work directly with you to make it right; your satisfaction is our goal!
