The hot sunny days and cool nights make for optimal rose-growing, and we have spent years building strong relationships with the rose farmers to enable us to source the highest-quality roses in the world.
Our roses are harvested one to two weeks later than your average roses, enabling them to retain more nutrients and, as a result. our roses have longer stems, larger and more regal flower heads, and a longer vase life. They are flown directly to New York and stored in our state-of-the-art 1,000 square foot refrigerator for optimal freshness, and then dethorned, arranged, and prepared upon order, especially for you.

We ensure that each rose is harvested one to two weeks later than your average rose farm, and this extended growing period enables the roses to absorb more nutrients, and more fully develop their petals and stems. As a result, Bloom Luxury roses are taller, more robust, and have larger, more exquisite flower heads.
Our process ensures that each luxury rose arrangement is packaged and delivered in pristine condition. We guarantee that your roses will arrive fresh, and the experience will be unforgettable.
If, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please email photographs of your roses to email@example.com within five days of your purchase. We will happily work directly with you to make it right. Your happiness is our number one goal!
How are Bloom Luxury roses packaged?
Bloom Luxury roses are packaged with care, and will arrive in pristine condition in an elegant gift box, because we are committed to providing the very best experience.
To ensure that our rose collections arrive in perfect condition, each rose arrangement is carefully hand-packed, and double-boxed, before it ships.
First, an artisan hand-selects and dethorns each rose to create your chosen arrangement, placing each individual rose stem in a water vile tube. This ensures every rose is well-nourished throughout the shipping process. Next, each rose stem is gently placed into our hand-assembled, luxurious gift box (available in black and gold, or black and white finishings.) The gift box features foam inserts to keep the rose stems in place during transportation, as well as custom ventilation slits, designed to decrease humidity. Once the roses are perfectly packaged we complete the look by tying a satin ribbon around the rose arrangement, and place your personalized greeting card inside the gift box. The gift box is then inserted into a protective outer box. The outer box is a brown corrugated box, elegantly enhanced with Bloom Luxury branding. It also utilizes foam and custom ventilation slits, and serves as a double layer of protection for your shipment.
Throughout our design, packaging and shipping process, we keep the environment in mind, and we ask that you help us minimize our footprint by recycling all our paper-based packaging material.
How are Bloom Luxury roses shipped? Is there a shipping fee?
To ensure your luxury roses arrive in perfect condition, every Bloom Luxury order within the continental U.S. ships FREE Priority Overnight, via FedEx Express.
You can typically expect your rose order to be delivered between 10am and 12pm in most locations; up to 5pm in some rural areas.
Shipping fees outside of the continental U.S. apply as follows:
Puerto Rico, $25; Alaska and Hawaii, $50.
We regret, we currently do not offer international shipping.
Will the recipient know who the roses are from?
This is entirely up to you—the only way for the recipient to know who sent them the luxurious rose arrangement is to include your name in the greeting card message.
Should you wish to remain anonymous, simply exclude your name from the greeting card message.
What will my personal greeting card look like?
Bloom Luxury offers both a free personalized greeting card option, and a premium paid greeting card option, for that extra special touch.
The free greeting card matches your box selection, and features the trademark Bloom Luxury logo on the front of a recycled matte card, with your personalized message to the lucky recipient on the back.
The premium greeting card option features an upgraded matte finish, with your choice of one of seven meaningful phrases, elegantly printed on the front of the card, with your personalized message to your loved one on the back.
The personalized greeting card of your choice is then placed inside a premium envelope, and hand sealed with our hot wax stamp.
What days do you deliver?
Our Brooklyn, New York office is open from Monday to Friday each week, and our luxury roses are delivered nationwide from Tuesday to Saturday.
We regret, delivery is not available on Sundays or Mondays.

Do you offer next day delivery?
Yes! We are proud to offer free expedited delivery service throughout the continental U.S., enabling you to surprise and delight your loved ones on short notice.

How can I extend the life of my roses?
Our roses are already primed for long-life due to their high quality and careful packaging, and by following our Bloom Luxury rose care guidelines, you can further extend the life of your roses:
HOW TO BLOOM LUXURY
Step 1: Fill a clean vase 3⁄4 full with lukewarm water, and add our packet of specialty rose food. Step 2: Remove any excess leaves below the waterline of vase. Leaves should never touch or be immersed in the water.
Step 3: Carefully cut 1 inch diagonally off the bottom of each stem, using clean, sharp shears, and then immediately place the roses into the water.
Every 3 days, repeat Steps 1 to 3 as necessary.
Please Note: We dethorn all our roses, but we do not remove all foliage, so please be aware that thorns may be present on leaves.
WITH LUXURY COMES CARE
- As your roses start to bloom, gently remove any old petals.
- Keep your roses away from direct sunlight, and ensure that no leaves end up in the water. Protect your roses from any hot or cold air drafts, and keep them away from fruit.
- Remember that water evaporates fast, so make sure the water in your vase is refreshed often, and your roses are never thirsty.
How long can I expect my roses to last?
- Bloom Luxury takes exceptional care to ensure the longevity of each individual rose, so that you may enjoy your rose arrangement for as long as possible.
- By following our care instructions outlined above, you can extend the life of your roses.
- Your roses should bloom luxuriously for 1 to 2 weeks, dependent on the rose varietal, and proper care.
How long can I keep the roses in water vile tubes?
The water vile tubes that your luxury roses arrived with are truly meant for transportation purposes only. Each rose stem should be removed from its water vile tube, cut, and placed in fresh water on the day you receive them, for optimal vase life.
Will I have to pay Sales Tax on my order?
No, unless your order is being delivered to a location in the state of New York.
We are required to collect a Sales Tax equaling 8.875% of the full amount of the order, on any orders being shipped to New York.
Will my order arrive with a receipt?
No. Due to the nature of most orders being surprise gifts for loved ones, we do not include a receipt with our rose arrangement.
Will I receive tracking information once my order has shipped?
Of course! You can look forward to receiving two tracking emails from us: One with your tracking number, the moment we print your shipping label; and One notifying you that your luxury roses have been delivered.
